Cleaning and linen

Hotel-standard cleaning and linen, every stay.

The clean between guests decides the next review. We coordinate trained cleaners who follow a consistent checklist, with fresh linen, laundered towels and essentials ready for every arrival.

What is included

Handled for you

  • A turnover clean after every checkout
  • Fresh bed linen and towels for each guest
  • Professional laundry
  • Toiletries, kitchen basics and essentials restocked
  • Damage and maintenance checks during each clean
  • Completed cleans recorded with photos
  • Deeper cleans scheduled when the property needs them

A checklist for every turnover

Every clean follows the same list, room by room, so standards do not depend on who is on shift. Beds are made with fresh linen, bathrooms and kitchens are cleaned thoroughly and the home is presented ready for the next arrival.

Linen that feels like a hotel

Crisp bed linen and soft towels make a real difference to how guests feel about a stay. Linen is changed for every guest and laundered professionally, with sets planned around your bed sizes and how often guests change over.

Problems spotted early

Cleaners are often the first to notice something wrong: a dripping tap, a broken glass, a missing item. Anything they find is reported straight away, so it can be fixed before the next guest arrives.

Questions

Common questions

Who pays for cleaning?

Guests usually pay a cleaning fee as part of their booking. How cleaning costs and guest cleaning fees are handled for your property is set out in your proposal and shown on your statements.

Can I use my own cleaner?

Yes. Tell us when you enquire. We can work with an existing cleaner, provided turnovers are completed to the same standard and on time.
