Short let or long let?
In the right location, short-letting can earn more than a traditional tenancy. It is also more work, and income varies through the year. After assessing your property we will give you our honest view, including where a short let may not be the best fit.
Rules that may apply
Some places have rules about short-term letting. In Greater London, for example, a home can be let on short stays for up to 90 nights a year without planning permission. Your mortgage lender, insurer, freeholder or lease may also need to agree.
