Terms of use
The terms that apply when you use this website and the GlowStay owner portal.

About these terms
This website is operated by GlowStay Management. You can contact us at hello@glowstay.co.uk.
By using this website you agree to these terms. They cover use of the website and the owner portal only. The management of a property is governed by the separate written management agreement between the owner and us, which takes priority over anything on this website.
Information on this website
We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is general information, not advice. Pricing shown on the website is guidance about how our fees work. It is not an offer: your management fee is set out in a written proposal after we assess your property.
Information about rules, permissions and compliance is general and may not apply to your circumstances. Legal responsibility for a property remains with its owner, and you should take independent advice where you need it.
Owner portal accounts
- Keep your sign-in details private and do not share your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- The figures in the portal are shown for information and may be updated as bookings change. Your issued monthly statement is the record of amounts due.
- We may suspend access to protect an account or our systems, for example after repeated failed sign-ins.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: for example, by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or sending unsolicited messages through our forms.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, but not copy them for commercial purposes.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information. Our responsibilities as a property manager are set out in the management agreement.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we use personal information.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
